Wyse Rapport Priority Plus Maintenance Program

Customers with maintenance contracts who wish to obtain the Wyse Rapport, version 4.4, upgrade can follow these simple steps :

(Note - you will need to know your Wyse Rapport, version 4.0 or earlier, license key number in order to obtain the Wyse Rapport, version 4.4, upgrade.)

1. Using a web browser with Internet connectivity, log onto www.askwyse.com
2. Using the pull down menu under Product Category, select Wyse Rapport
3. Under Select Destination, choose Contracts Management System
4. If you already have a log-in, enter it now; if you are new to the system, select Create New Customer and follow the directions.
5. Once you log into the system under Wyse.com Applications, select "Rapport 4.4 Maintenance Upgrade Request "
6. Follow the directions on this screen to obtain the license keys for your 4.4 upgrade
